Terms and Conditions of Service


Reliant Plumbing

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of plumbing services provided by Reliant Plumbing ("we", "us", or "our") in Ontario, Canada. By requesting or receiving services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.


1. Services


We provide residential and/or commercial plumbing services, including but not limited to installations, repairs, maintenance, and emergency services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.


2. Estimates and Pricing


  • Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time of inspection or discussion.
  • Prices may vary depending on job complexity, materials required, and unforeseen issues.
  • Any additional work or materials beyond the initial scope will be discussed and approved by you before proceeding.

3. Payment Terms


  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept [list payment methods: cash, credit/debit, e-transfer, etc.].
  • Late payments may incur interest charges or service suspension.
  • In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to pursue collections.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling


  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments without notice may result in a service fee.

5. Warranty and Liability


  • We offer a limited warranty on workmanship for 90 days/months from the date of service
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and equipment supplied by us.
  • The warranty is void if third parties alter or interfere with our work.
  • We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by customer actions, or issues unrelated to our services.

6. Customer Responsibilities


  • Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area.
  • Notify us of any hazards or relevant issues before service begins (e.g., asbestos, water damage, pets).
  • Obtain any required permissions, permits, or access for work to be carried out.


7. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reliant Plumbing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or use, arising from the use or inability to use our services.


8. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property


All content, logos, branding, and materials shared by Reliant Plumbing are the intellectual property of the business and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without our written consent.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.


11. Changes to Terms
